Envien International Limited plays a significant role in the financial and strategic management of the Envien Group.

Zuari Envien Bioenergy Pvt. Ltd. is a joint venture between two major European and Asian companies: Envien International of the Envien Group and Zuari Industries Limited. The objective of this collaboration is to set up a rice and maize-based distillery with a daily capacity of 150 m3 at Aira in Lakhimpur Kheri, in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, and further grow the region. Construction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2025.
