ENVIRAL, a major producer of bioethanol, emphasizes quality and state-of-the-art approaches, such as zero-waste technology with reduced consumption of fossil fuels, natural gas and electricity to an absolute minimum, which significantly reduces greenhouse gas emissions. Bioethanol produced by ENVIRAL achieves CO2 savings of up to 70% compared to fossil fuels (less than 25g CO2 ekv/MJ bioethanol).
